In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), Realty Cape Town respects the privacy of all clients and website visitors. Personal contact details submitted via our enquiry, valuation, wishlist, or assistant interfaces are collected strictly for the purpose of property marketing, practitioner consultation, and transaction conveyance.

We will never sell or distribute your contact details to unverified third parties without your explicit consent, save for statutory requirements mandated by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
